Signing In Troubleshoot Tips:
  • Each email address is considered a distinct user. So if you use multiple email addresses, then you’d need to setup a user for each email address. Please click on “New User” to use a new email address.
  • We recommend each user to use your own email address to register in the portal (and not of another person). Registration is free.
  • For security reasons, each new user must be approved by us. That is, once you go to “New User” and enter your information to “Create Account”, our accounts team (or your Chetu Salesperson) has to validate and approve your request. While we continue to expedite such requests, please give 2 to 4 business hours for our team to approve your request.
  • If you are unable to login using a pre-registered email, please use “Forgot Password?” to reset your password.
  • When using “Forgot password?” you will need access to your email. Once you receive the email, please follow instructions stated in the email.
